Update on Things

I had a few ideas of things to post about, but none of them were really that long or interesting (with exception to the last one) so I decided to collectively put them all into one post in hopes that when added all up, people would care.

1. Remember that post about Random Acts of Kindness? If you read it I put a link there for a website. I have another one for you. http://www.therandomact.org This one is a million times better. Why? It was founded by MISHA COLLINS. Misha is an actor who currently plays Castiel on one of my favorite shows EVER; Supernatural. So, check that out.

2. I haven't got my other camera back, but it has an amazing DIY project on it. I am not going to tell you what it is. It will be a surprise.

3. I'm currently in journalism class and have to do a weekly feature (oops. I am a bit behind). My feature is about different eating styles/diets. Its called Treats for all Tastes. Each post includes a short article type thing and a recipe to go along with it. This week I made Salmon and Carrots.

4. Finally and most importantly . . . I got accepted as a semi-finalist for YES-Abroad!!! I will attend and In Person Selection Event and hopefully (fingers crossed) become a finalist. If that happens (please?) I will create a new blog for my overseas studies and post the site here. AHHH. yhdkflslka.
